Job Description

• Plan, organize, and execute events, including seminars, workshops, conferences, and promotional events.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Source and negotiate with venues, caterers, equipment suppliers, and other vendors.
• Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate logistics such as registration, transportation, accommodation, and technical setup.
• Develop event concepts and creative themes that align with marketing and brand objectives.
• Monitor and ensure smooth operations on the event day.
• Collect feedback, evaluate event success, and provide post-event reports.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in corporate or educational events.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
