<p>We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events &amp; Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and projects. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced work, managing multiple tasks, and interacting with clients and vendors. You’ll play a key part in ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish.</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Event &amp; Project Coordination</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning, organising, and executing events (physical/virtual/hybrid).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, partners, and clients.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare event timelines, run-downs, floor plans, and logistics checklists.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support onsite event operations, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all deliverables meet quality and branding standards.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Client Servicing</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Support relationship management with clients before, during, and after projects.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Gather requirements, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth communication.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle basic client queries and provide timely updates.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Sales &amp; Business Support</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain simple sales documentation.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support general sales activities when required.<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h3><strong>Administrative &amp; Internal Tasks</strong></h3>

<li>Maintain project documentation, schedules, and internal trackers.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help with budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor payments.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely project delivery.<br>&nbsp;</li>
