Job Description

1. Coordinate with cloud providers (Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS, etc.) for product and resource procurement.
2. Keep track of provider policies, processes, pricing, and promotions to ensure optimal procurement strategy.
3. Develop procurement plans and budgets based on sales needs to secure resources timely, compliant, and cost-effective.
4. Support sales with key account orders, including resource requests, discounts, contracts, and delivery.
5. Manage business relationships with cloud providers, including rebate policies, project incentives, and certifications.

Job Requirements

1.  Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Procurement Management preferred.
2. Over 1 year of experience in the IT industry; experience in cloud computing or software industry preferred.
3. Familiar with the product systems, agency policies, and procurement processes of mainstream cloud providers (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS).
4. Strong business negotiation, communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
5. Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience dealing with or working at cloud service providers.
2. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, able to read and handle procurement information from overseas cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Salary Package

Working Location： Sunway Velocity
Work Arrangement: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary: RM3500 - RM 5500
