Bryan Low founded the company Up Tree Marketing Sdn Bhd in 2009 by capitalising on his experience as a digital marketer to start a magazine company in the Klang Valley. <li>协调营销活动的时间表、工作进度及预算，确保项目按时并具成本效益地完成。</li>
<li>与创意、媒体及制作团队紧密合作，确保所有执行内容符合品牌目标。</li>
<li>监测营销活动成效，并准备活动总结报告，提供分析、洞察及改善建议。</li>

户外广告管理（Outdoor Advertising Management）
<ul>
<li>与媒体团队及供应商协调户外广告资源的预订、投放及执行情况。</li>
<li>确保所有户外广告素材符合品牌规范及相关法规要求。</li>
<li>管理及追踪所有户外广告（OOH）的投放位置、数量及投放期限。</li>
<li>定期进行实地或线上巡查，确保广告展示品质及曝光效果符合标准。</li>

知识产权（IP）授权管理（IP Licensing Operations）

<li>协助管理知识产权（IP）授权协议，包括文件整理、审批及续约工作。</li>
<li>与被授权方及合作伙伴保持沟通，确保品牌资产的使用符合授权条款及规范。</li>
<li>维护已授权品牌、合约及使用权资料记录。</li>
<li>协助发掘新的IP授权合作机会及商业伙伴。</li>
