<li>Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.</li>
<li>Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when needed.</li>
<li>Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar promptly.</li>
<li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond to any requests.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.</li>
<li>Prepare and set up dining tables before service and clear tables after customers leave.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, service stations, and work areas.</li>
<li>Process bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.</li>
<li>Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment and basic cleaning tasks.</li>
<li>Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth daily operations.</li>
<li>Follow company SOPs, food safety, and health regulations at all times.</li>
</ul>
