Job Description

Join RepairLab and gain real hands-on experience in smartphone repair and technical troubleshooting.

We are looking for motivated Diploma, TVET, Engineering Technology, Electronics or related technical students who are interested in developing practical skills in the smartphone repair industry.

During your internship, you will work alongside our technicians and gain exposure to:

•  Smartphone hardware inspection and diagnosis
•  LCD / screen replacement
•  Battery replacement
•  Charging port replacement
•  Camera, speaker and other component replacement
•  Smartphone disassembly and reassembly
•  Basic troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
•  Proper use of repair tools and equipment
•  Repair quality control and testing
•  Basic customer service related to repair jobs

You will receive guidance and on-the-job training from our experienced technicians. No prior professional smartphone repair experience is required, but a genuine interest in electronics, technology and hands-on work is important.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma, TVET, Engineering Technology, Electronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
• Interested in smartphone repair, electronics and hands-on technical work.
• Willing to learn and follow technical instructions and repair procedures.
• Good attention to detail and careful when handling small components.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to take initiative.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
• No prior professional smartphone repair experience is required.
