We are currently looking for go-getters to join our team to help us with: 

Event Coordination and Execution

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events, loyalty program gatherings, and other related events.
• Coordinate with vendors, event locations, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event management.
• Support on-site event logistics, including set-up, registration, attendee management, and post-event cleanup.

Loyalty Program Support:

• Assist in analyzing program metrics to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Support the creation and distribution of loyalty program communications, such as newsletters, emails, or event invitations.

Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content.
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed, such as project management, content creation, and social media marketing related to events.

Job Requirements

Who are we looking for:

1. Bachelor Degree in Event Management/ Marketing/ Public Relations/ Communication and any related fields
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong organisational skills to manage logistics, timeliness, and resources for events
4. Ability to think creatively for event concepts, themes, and problem-solving
