<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a proactive and motivated Finance Admin Intern to learn the ropes of our finance department! You will work closely with our team members and get hands-on experience with real, impactful projects—including transition of our major ERP system and year-end financial reporting.</p>

<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Financial &amp; Management Reporting</strong>: Support the preparation of crucial documents, including financial statements, the Annual Report, and various management reporting deliverables.</li>
<li><strong>System Transition &amp; Data Migration</strong>: Assist in the ongoing transition to our new ERP system, providing vital support for data migration and system testing.</li>
<li><strong>Accounts Receivable (AR)</strong>: Assist with AR operations, including professionally following up with customers regarding outstanding receivables.</li>
<li><strong>AI &amp; Process Optimization</strong>: Leverage modern AI tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and boost overall efficiency in day-to-day financial tasks.</li>
<li><strong>Team Support</strong>: Provide general, ad-hoc administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the finance department.</li>

• Prepare financial reports, manage AR follow-ups and support ERP data migration/testing.
• Work on real, high-impact finance projects: ERP transition and annual reporting.
• Learn fast: hands-on ERP migration, year-end reporting and AI tools!
