Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Intern Event Assistant to support our events team in planning, organizing, and executing company events. This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, is detail-oriented, and wants to learn how events are run from start to finish. 

Job Requirements

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team. 
• Assist in event planning and coordination tasks, including venue research, vendor communication, and logistics.
• Help with event setup, registration, and on-site support during live events.
• Prepare and organize event materials such as name tags, handouts, and equipment.
• Coordinate with speakers, participants, and team members to ensure smooth event flow.
• Support post-event follow-ups, surveys, and reporting.
• Maintain event inventories and assist with packing/unpacking event kits.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to events (e.g., updating checklists, timelines, contact lists).
