Responsibility
<ul>
<li>Handle Full Set Account (Account Receivables &amp; Payables). Managing all aspects of a company's financial records, including recording, processing, and reporting financial transactions</li>
<li>Prepare Quotation and Invoice for Client</li>
<li>Check Receive Payment from Client/Customer</li>
<li>Manage Payroll and any Related to Human Resources Duties</li>
<li>Prepare Report for E-Commerce Sales and Commission</li>
<li>Manage Petty Cash</li>
<li>Prepare Payment Voucher and Process Payment</li>
<li>Handle Full set of Tax Related (e.g: SST)</li>
<li>Ensure proper maintenance of document and filing to support all accounting entries</li>
<li>Independent in finalization of monthly management accounts for review, analysis and evaluation.</li>
<li>Liaise with Auditor, Tax Agent on matter relating to auditor Tax and Statutory requirements.</li>
</ul>
