<li>To improve production efficiency through productivity gain and cost reduction activities</li>
<li>To optimize distribution &amp;amp; utilization of manpower</li>
<li>To ensure proper identification of products throughout Final Packing production</li>
<li>To perform proper control of the non-conforming products</li>
<li>To ensure the scope of work is conducted in a manner that complies with regulatory and environmental health and safety legislation</li>
<li>To assist in improving packing operation together with packing production engineer, packing material engineer and others</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guideline in the packing process</li>
<li>To supervise coordination of daily operation schedule by supervisor </li>
<li>To overview daily operation schedule with planner</li>
</ul>
