<li>Actively engage with potential prospects via phone, social media, and messaging platforms</li>
<li>Follow up with interested prospects and build strong, long-term relationships</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in preparing and organizing documents such as agreements, contracts, and client profiles</li>
<li>Coordinate meeting schedules and ensure smooth appointment arrangements</li>
<li>Maintain and update client databases, transaction records, and weekly/monthly reports to monitor progress</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support, including filing and basic organizational tasks</li>
</ul>
