ROLE OVERVIEW This role provides comprehensive human resources operations support to the various teams within Human Resources. The role holder requires and must demonstrate strong attention to details, planning and coordinating skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and processes to support smooth day-to-day HR operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES e-Stamping <ul> <li>Prepare and process stamping documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Track stamping deadlines and ensure timely submission to avoid penalties.</li> <li>Provide backup support for stamping activities during peak periods or staff absence.</li> <li>Other related tasks as required.</li> </ul> e-PFile Project <ul> <li>Execute and maintain e-PFile processes.</li> <li>Assist in document digitisation, filing accuracy, and system uploads.</li> <li>Ensure proper document control, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards.</li> <li>Other related tasks as required.</li> </ul> Learning &amp; Engagement Administration <ul> <li>Provide administrative support for onboarding, training, and general HR processes.</li> <li>Coordinate schedules, communications, and logistics with stakeholders and employees.</li> <li>Maintain and update records, files, and HR systems to ensure accurate documentation.</li> <li>Support the delivery of learning initiatives, including preparation, logistics, and follow-up.</li> <li>Assist with internal communications related to employee programmes and engagement activities.</li> <li>Other relates tasks as required.</li> </ul>
