<ins>Head of Human Resources</ins>
The Role Reporting to senior management, this leadership position is responsible for shaping and executing HR and administrative strategies that drive organisational performance, employee engagement, and governance. The role demands a balance of strategic foresight and operational execution to support the Group’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Drive end-to-end HR strategies encompassing talent management, organisational development, performance management, and employee engagement.</li>
<li>Oversee HR operations, administrative functions, and compliance to support business goals, including the development and implementation of HR policies.</li>
<li>Manage and resolve disciplinary matters professionally, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and employment regulations.</li>
<li>Lead HR-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational priorities.</li>
<li>Utilise HR digital applications and systems to enhance process efficiency, data accuracy, automation and decision-making.</li>
<li>Partner with senior management to strengthen workforce capability and organisational effectiveness.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor the team to deliver HR excellence and operational efficiency.</li>
</ul>
