Project Planning &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones, risk assessments and communication strategies.</li><li>Manage all phases of the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control and closure)</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business quality standards.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Work closely with business units, technology teams, legal, compliance, data and external partners and vendors.</li><li>Facilitate effective communications and collaborationa across business units and functional teams.</li><li>Manage expectations and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise</li></ul>Risk, Governance and Compliance Management<ul><li>Adhere to PMO frameworks, tools, templartes and best practices</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and external regulatort requirements (e.g. data privacy, financial regulations).</li><li>Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and communicate summaries to senior management and stakeholders.</li></ul>Resource &amp; Budget Management<ul><li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for project execution.</li><li>Track and report on project budget resource utilization, and financial forecasting.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies, tools and processes.</li><li>Conduct post-project reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future project planning.</li></ul>
