Your Job &amp; What You’ll Own
Day‑to‑Day Operations &amp; “Maintaining the Fort”: Ensure all activities run smoothly—oversee daily tasks, troubleshoot issues, and keep the platform running.

Team Management: Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and community activities.


Events, Workshops &amp; Courses: Plan, organize, and execute high‑impact experiences for our network.


Assist in Website, Digital &amp; Marketing Management: Shape our online presence and engagement.


Ad‑Hoc &amp; Miscellaneous: Roll with the punches—no two days are the same.



Who We’re Looking For
1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in operations, project management, or a startup environment


Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously


Strong problem‑solving skills and a creative, “think outside the box” mindset


Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail


Tech‑savvy: quick to learn new tools and troubleshoot issues


Self‑starter: thrives with autonomy, whether in-office, on the move, or remote


Coachable and collaborative: open to feedback and skilled at building relationships


Fluent in English and proficient in Malay


Passionate about making a real impact—and ready to seize the opportunity you’ve been waiting for
