We’re looking for an Operations Lead / Project Coordinator — someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in communication. You will help synchronize the entire team, ensuring projects, workflows, and daily operations run smoothly.

This role acts as the operational backbone of our team. You will turn ideas into structured action plans, maintain execution flow, and coordinate across multiple departments to keep everything moving.
You are the bridge between vision and execution.
<h2>💡 Who You Are</h2>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;2–4 years of operations, coordination, or project execution experience • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive • Strong English &amp; Mandarin communication skills（other languages a plus） • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools &amp; AI workflows • Able to multitask, solve problems, and stay structured under pressure • Passionate about joining an early-stage team and building systems from the ground up</li>

<h2>✅ Bonus:</h2>

<li>&nbsp;Experience in lifestyle, tech, entertainment, or agency environments • Familiarity with Notion / Trello / project management tools • Long-term interest in growing into an Operations Lead / Operations Manager role</li>
