💡 Who You Are

•  2–4 years of operations, coordination, or project execution experience
  • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Strong English & Mandarin communication skills（other languages a plus）
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools & AI workflows
  • Able to multitask, solve problems, and stay structured under pressure
  • Passionate about joining an early-stage team and building systems from the ground up

✅ Bonus:

•  Experience in lifestyle, tech, entertainment, or agency environments
  • Familiarity with Notion / Trello / project management tools
  • Long-term interest in growing into an Operations Lead / Operations Manager role

Job Requirements

🧩 What You’ll Deliver / Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Project Planning & Coordination

•  Assist in creating and managing project timelines
  • Coordinate communication across design, tech, marketing, and admin teams
  • Maintain Notion / Trello dashboards with clear task ownership
  • Identify potential delays and propose solutions early

2️⃣ Operations & Daily Support

•  Support weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and KPI reviews
  • Manage schedules, follow-ups, and team coordination
  • Handle documentation, reporting, and internal summaries
  • Improve workflows using AI and digital tools

3️⃣ Vendor & External Coordination

•  Coordinate with freelancers, external agencies, and vendors
  • Monitor progress and ensure quality deliverables
  • Maintain clean documentation and communication trails

4️⃣ Campaign & Event Support

•  Assist with offline events, activations, and launch preparations
  • Track campaign timelines and supporting tasks
  • Gather event insights and follow-up reports

5️⃣ Operational Structure & Growth

•  Help build foundational systems for smooth daily operations
  • Support founders in execution, prioritization, and planning
  • Proactively suggest workflow improvements as we scale
