About Us
NESTA is a private operating office that designs and manages lawful residency structures, so families can live properly in Malaysia. Our role is to ensure that residency, school, housing, banking, transportation, and professional coordination work together in the right order, at the right time, under one accountable structure.

Founder Involvement, Defined
As General Manager, you are responsible for the entire operational system of NESTA.
Operational outcomes, good or bad, sit with you. The Founder defines philosophy, standards, and long-term direction. The Founder does not manage day-to-day operations.
Founder Involvement (First 2 - 3 Months)
During the initial 2 - 3 months, the Founder will work closely with you to transfer:

<li>Judgment frameworks</li>
<li>Structural decision principles</li>
</ul>
This period exists to accelerate alignment, not to share responsibility. Once alignment is complete, the Founder steps back by design. Operational ownership remains fully with the GM throughout.
Your Position in the Structure

<li>You own outcomes, not tasks</li>
<li>You resolve problems instead of escalating them</li>
<li>You report conclusions, not stories</li>
</ul>
If something breaks, it is yours to fix. If something works, it is yours to maintain.
