This is a hands-on individual contributor role combining digital performance marketing and client/account management.
You will be responsible for executing and optimising paid campaigns, owning email marketing performance, managing day-to-day client results, and acting as the key bridge between brand partners and internal teams.
This role does not manage a team. Instead, it is designed for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and a clear growth runway into a Manager-level role as the business scales.
Reporting line: Directly to Founder / Business Lead
