<li>Monitor live sessions to ensure quality, compliance, and engagement; provide feedback and improvement plans&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Plan and execute content strategies to drive traffic, boost viewer retention, and improve streamer performance&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Analyze streaming data to refine schedules, optimize content direction, and adjust incentive plans&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with platforms (TikTok) on updates, campaigns, and streaming events&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support daily operations including scheduling, documentation, and administrative work</li>

<li>分析直播数据，如观看人数、互动率、转化表现等，不断优化内容与排期&nbsp;</li>
<li>与直播平台（TikTok）保持良好沟通，跟进官方活动、政策更新与资源申请&nbsp;</li>
<li>协助主播日常安排，包括排班、资料整理及其他行政支援工作 </li>
