About WCD Group
WCD Group has been supplying interior finishing products to Malaysia's property developers for over 30 years. From our PJ headquarters, we sell wallpaper, carpet, curtains, vinyl flooring, and blinds - premium Korean and European brands - to 800+ developer accounts across West Malaysia. We are growing our sales team and need people who want to build a career in B2B trade sales.
This is a B2B field sales position. You will visit property developers, contractors, and interior designers to sell WCD's products. A company car is provided, so you focus on selling, not worrying about transport.
This role suits someone with 0-2 years of sales experience who wants to grow in B2B. You will get structured training, a defined territory, and support from senior salespeople as you learn how developer sales work.
How is this different from our Sales Executive role? That role is for people with 1-3 years of B2B experience who can run their accounts independently. This role gives you more guidance while you build up.
What You Will Do
- Visit property developers, contractors, and interior design firms in your assigned territory
- Present WCD's products using samples and catalogues
- Follow up on leads and enquiries, turn them into quotations and orders
- Build a client database and keep regular contact with your accounts
- Prepare quotations and work with internal teams on pricing
- Visit project sites to understand what developers need and recommend the right products
- Report your sales activity to the Sales Manager every week

Job Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
- SPM/Diploma minimum; fresh graduates with good communication skills welcome
- Mandarin is an advantage (many developer clients speak Mandarin)
- Valid driving licence (company car provided)
- Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
- Willing to learn about interior finishing products
- Basic computer skills for quotations and email
