Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate with bankers and company secretaries, and support the growth of our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with experience in the construction or civil engineering industry being an advantage. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and monthly closing
   
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts
   
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary
   
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
   
• Support management on financial and administrative matters

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in the construction industry 
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation 
• Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, SQL, UBS) 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data reconciliation) 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• handling SST (Sales and Service Tax) are highly important
