You’ll be supporting daily office operations, managing incoming and outgoing mail, organizing files, and assisting with administrative documentation. If you're independent, hardworking, and fluent in both Mandarin and English, we’d love to hear from you—fresh grads are welcome to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

<li>Manage office supplies, travel, events, and general admin tasks.</li>
<li>Assist day to day operations of the office administrations function and duties.</li>
<li>To record and deliver all incoming mail and send outgoing mail.</li>
<li>To organize a proper filing system for the department.</li>
<li>Assist in documentation of admin documents for the company.</li>
</ul>
