Key Responsibilities: a) Operational Management:&nbsp;

<li>Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. </li>
<li>Address any operational issues that arise and implement solutions promptly. </li>
<li>Coordinate onboarding, training, and daily support for live streamers and content creators. </li>
<li>Schedule, monitor, and track live stream sessions to ensure they run smoothly and align with platform standards. </li>
<li>Collaborate with talent management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations. </li>

b) Project Management:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. </li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams as needed. </li>
<li>Monitor and ensure the quality of products or services delivered, implementing quality control measures and standards. </li>
