At WECOFA, we don’t just run ads—we engineer profitable funnels using strategy, AI, and sharp execution. We’re looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels while working in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll assist our digital marketing team in executing campaigns, analyzing data, and creating content across platforms.

What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Assist in the planning and execution of full-funnel paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, XHS, and more.</li>
<li>Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign development.</li>
<li>Monitor and report performance metrics</li>
<li>Drive measurable results across CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and landing page conversions.</li>
<li>Utilize Meta Pixel, UTM/GTM, and analytics software to track conversions, optimize funnels, and fuel decisions with data.</li>
<li>Assist in the build and manage landing pages, setup automation flows, and implement email nurturing sequences using tools like GoHighLevel, GetResponse, or similar.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams on brainstorming sessions and content ideas</li>
<li>Keep up to date with digital trends and propose new ideas to improve engagement</li>
<li>Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline ideation, copywriting, targeting, and reporting. (We’ll train you if you're new—but you must be AI-open!) </li>
