At WECOFA, we don’t just run ads—we engineer profitable funnels using strategy, AI, and sharp execution. We’re looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels while working in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll assist our digital marketing team in executing campaigns, analyzing data, and creating content across platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the planning and execution of full-funnel paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, XHS, and more.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign development.
• Monitor and report performance metrics
• Drive measurable results across CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and landing page conversions.
• Utilize Meta Pixel, UTM/GTM, and analytics software to track conversions, optimize funnels, and fuel decisions with data.
• Assist in the build and manage landing pages, setup automation flows, and implement email nurturing sequences using tools like GoHighLevel, GetResponse, or similar.
• Collaborate with internal teams on brainstorming sessions and content ideas
• Keep up to date with digital trends and propose new ideas to improve engagement
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline ideation, copywriting, targeting, and reporting. (We’ll train you if you're new—but you must be AI-open!)

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field (or currently studying)
• Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Basic understanding of digital platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• You love social media, keep up with the latest trends, and genuinely enjoy the space.
• Most importantly, you bring a can-do attitude, a solution-first mindset, and a hunger to learn and grow.
