A Culture of Innovation and Collaboration

To oversee and manage renewable energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include the following:

<li>Plan, execute, and monitor renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, or related systems.</li>
<li>Develop project scopes, objectives, budgets, and timelines in alignment with company goals.</li>
<li>Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and external consultants.</li>
<li>Report directly to company directors or top management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.</li>
<li>Liaise with other department heads (HODs) to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across departments for project success.</li>
<li>Liaise with investors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and ensure alignment with project goals.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.</li>
<li>Coordinate with authorities such as ST, SEDA, TNB, and other regulatory bodies to secure approvals, ensure compliance, and address project-related matters.</li>
<li>Manage procurement, logistics, and contractor relationships to optimize resources.</li>
<li>Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and implement risk mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Conduct regular project reviews and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.</li>
<li>Oversee quality assurance and safety measures throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Control project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.</li>
<li>Ensure all project deliverables meet performance, technical, and financial benchmarks.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements in project management practices.</li>
<li>Undertake ad hoc tasks or assignments as required by senior management.</li>
