Job Description

1. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote products and services.  
2. Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO & SEM, social media marketing, online advertising, and website optimization in close collaboration with Chief Marketing Officer.  
3. Assist in planning and executing all ecommerce and other digital advertising campaigns.  
4. Create marketing materials including content creation for social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.  
5. Conduct research to gather information on competitors, target audiences, and latest market trends.  
6. Help organize exhibition, events, campaign and liaise with external vendors when necessary.  
7. Liaise with external agencies to manage and run paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.  
8. Monitor and report on campaign progress and performance using metrics, providing insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

1. Possess minimum qualifications of Diploma in Marketing, Business administration or a relevant field and above.  
2. Knowledge in SEO & SEM for senior position.  
3. Possess exceptional creativity and strategic thinking with a focus on innovative marketing approaches.  
4. Possess proficiency with digital marketing tools and techniques.  
5. Possess essential skills including strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.  
6.  Possess proficiency in both written and spoken ENGLISH and MANDARIN is mandatory (requires to create ads in English and Mandarin)
7. Possess a strong sense of design aesthetics and the ability to convey the brand's vision and values clearly across diverse marketing  
   platforms.
