Job Description

  •  Deliver, set up, install, configure, test, and commission hardware network devices (Server, Switch, Router, Gateway, Phones, etc) and the software.
  • Planning, coordinating, and liaising with clients/vendors for the related network infrastructure readiness.
  • Provide level 1 and level 2 support such as troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network-related problems.
  • Involve in preparing and documenting standard operating procedures and protocols (e.g. low-level design, diagram, work plan, etc).
  • Provide user training to the clients, resellers, etc, when necessary.
  • Produce reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further network performance enhancement.
  • To assist in any pre-sales activities such as site survey and POC, which may require going outstation or travel inboud and outboard.
  • Any ad hoc task that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma or any relevant qualification in the field related to IT/ Networking/ Engineering.
  • Clear basic knowledge of hardware and network infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of VOIP phone systems/PBX and Linux OS will be an added advantage.
  • Must have a driving license and be willing to travel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
