Chloe’s Gelato is looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our kiosks at Bangsar Village and Melawati Mall.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a warm and welcoming attitude 
• Scoop and prepare gelato orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk at all times
• Handle basic cashiering and POS operations
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of products
• Refill stock, toppings, spoons, cups, and other supplies
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow Halal, hygiene, and safety guidelines
• Represent the brand positively in appearance and attitude

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen
• Minimum age: 18
• Friendly, polite, and able to communicate clearly
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a small kiosk environment
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
• Basic customer service skills (training will be provided)
• Experience in F&B is an advantage but not required
• Must maintain a clean and tidy appearance
• Food handlers certificate and Typhoid jab required
