<p>We are a growing plant-based gelato and bakery brand specializing in vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, and no-sugar-added products. As a Baker Intern, you will assist in daily bakery production and learn hands-on about vegan and functional food formulations in a small-scale commercial kitchen environment.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing bakery items.</li>
<li>Support productions.</li>
<li>Weigh, measure, and record ingredients accurately according to recipes.</li>
<li>Operate and clean baking equipment safely (mixers, ovens, chillers).</li>
<li>Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards are met.</li>
<li>Help with packing, labelling, and stock rotation (FIFO).</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with Halal and food safety standards.</li>
<li>Participate in new product trials and recipe development when required.</li>
</ul>
