KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating, and provide menu

● Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally. Check back with
guests to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
● Clear and sanitize tables immediately after guests depart. Sweep and mop floors as
needed to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the shift.
● Assist in the attractive display of bakery items and ensure that display cases are
well-stocked and labeled correctly.
● Restock service stations (napkins, cutlery, condiments) and assist with basic
beverage preparation (e.g., packing pastries or making simple drinks).
3. Order Management
● Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the Point of Sale
(POS) system.
● Ensure all special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
● Manage stock levels, update Grab/delivery apps, and report all wastage/damages.
4. Events & Ad-Hoc Duties
● Setup/teardown for catering or in-house events (furniture, AV systems, and cleaning).
● Assist with R&D, stock collection, and marketing promotions as directed by
management.
5. Closing/Opening Tasks
● Assist with daily setup or cleanup, including wiping down glass displays and
organizing the storefront.
