<li>Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in receiving and storing stock. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support senior chefs during busy service hours. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Record kitchen wastage accurately. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow all food safety and SOP standards. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
You will work closely with Chef De Partie and Sous Chef to build your skills step by step.
