We are looking for Commis Chefs who want long-term career progression in a supportive and fast-paced team.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking.
   
• Ensure ingredients are prepared and ready before service.
   
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
   
• Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices.
   
• Assist in receiving and storing stock.
   
• Support senior chefs during busy service hours.
   
• Record kitchen wastage accurately.
   
• Follow all food safety and SOP standards.
   

You will work closely with Chef De Partie and Sous Chef to build your skills step by step.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years kitchen experience (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
   
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
   
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
   
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Team player with good discipline.
