<li>Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements&nbsp;</li>

Billing &amp; Payment Coordination

<li>Issue progressive billing in accordance with project milestones&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and follow up on payment collections and loan disbursements&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with banks, purchasers, and solicitors on loan documentation and release status&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare billing notices, reminders, and statements when required.</li>

Customer &amp; Stakeholder Coordination

<li>Attend to purchasers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner&nbsp;</li>
