We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Internship Event and Sales Operations to oversee the coordination of events, primarily on weekends, with responsibilities in the office on weekdays or non-event days. 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Event Planning and Coordination</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Research and identify suitable events for brand exposure and sales.</li>
<li>Liaise with event organisers for participation and arrangements.</li>
<li>Liaising with supplier for POSM printings for offline events and outlets.</li>
<li>Event Execution</li>
</ul>
2. Promoter Management and Training 
<ul>
<li>Assist in recruiting promoters for events.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain promoter kits and promotional materials.</li>
</ul>
3. Retail Outlet Set Up
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with merchandisers or transporters for stock planning and delivery.</li>
<li>Manage stock receiving, storage, and display setup. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
4. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall business objectives and adapt to changing priorities or event requirements.
