About Wow People

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and employer branding activities. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR, recruitment, or social media sourcing.

<li>Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms (e.g. Xhs, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)</li>
<li>Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements</li>
<li>Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating and communicating with candidates via WhatsApp and other platforms</li>
<li>Support employer branding initiatives, including managing social media content and updating job postings</li>
<li>Assist in simple content creation for talent sourcing and online campaigns</li>
<li>Work closely with the team to ensure smooth recruitment operations</li>
</ul>
