We are looking for a talented Video Producer/Team Lead with a strong portfolio to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must be experienced in capturing high-quality video. Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt across different industries are key. Proficiency in editing and operating supporting gear like gimbals and microphones is necessary. Familiarity with 3DVista virtual tour software is an added advantage. Candidate should also be very excited about exploring AI tools in production of videos. 

Key Responsibilities :

● Videography Across Sectors: Shoot high-quality videos for education, automotive, and other marketing campaigns using Sony cameras.

● Pre-Production: Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop concepts, plan shot lists, scout locations, and prepare gear for filming.

● Camera Operation: Able to operate DSLR/mirrorless camera systems proficiently.

● Gimbal & Audio Handling: Confidently handle gimbals for stabilized motion shots and set up microphones to capture clear, high-quality audio during production.

● Client Collaboration: Work alongside the Customer Service Executives/Production Head to align with clients on creative direction, communicate production requirements, and deliver results that meet expectations.

● Post-Production Support (Advantageous): Assist or lead video editing tasks using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

● Virtual Tour Content (Added Advantage): Familiarity with 3DVista for creating interactive virtual tours for campus tours and more.

● Trend Awareness: Stay updated on video trends, especially in the education and automotive sectors, and apply innovative ideas to content creation.

● Creative Input: Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to contribute ideas and concepts for video deliverables, including client pitches and proposals.

Proven experience in videography with a compelling portfolio.

● Proficiency with Sony camera systems (required).

● Knowledge of operating gimbals and microphones for smooth footage and quality audio.

● Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (a plus).

● Strong storytelling, visual composition, and framing abilities.

● Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to client needs.

● Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
