Job Description
- Architect automation solutions combining AI models with operational workflows.
- Build intelligent pipelines for document processing, classification, data extraction, and workflow decisioning.
- Implement API integrations between multiple systems, handling authentication, rate limits, error handling, and retries.
- Leverage AI to automate tasks such as summarizing text, generating reports, analysing data, or responding to inputs.
- Develop monitoring dashboards and maintain logs for automation health and performance.
- Ensure automations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best engineering practices.
Job Requirements
AI & LLM:
- Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus).
- Strong understanding of embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Automation & Workflow Tools (examples, not limited to):
- n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate
- Apache Airflow, Temporal.io, Prefect, Dagster
- HuggingFace Inference, OpenAI Assistants, Azure AI Studio, Google Vertex AI
- Custom scripting using Python / JavaScript for bespoke automations
Integrations & APIs:
- REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON
- API gateways (Kong, Tyk) or integration platforms (MuleSoft, WSO2)
Cloud Infrastructure:
- Understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with serverless tools (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, Azure Functions) is a plus
- Basic DevOps familiarity for deploying automation workflows
