Role Overview
Responsible for supporting daily administrative functions related to F&amp;B operations, including stock control, documentation management, reporting coordination, and ensuring operational compliance for outlets.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate records, supporting stock movement control, and ensuring smooth operational coordination. We are currently hiring on behalf of our client in the F&amp;B industry for the position of Operations Administration Executive.

<h2>Key Responsibilities </h2>
 1. Stock &amp; Inventory Administration
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update stock records (inbound &amp; outbound)</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels and highlight discrepancies</li>
<li>Coordinate with outlets and suppliers on stock documentation</li>
<li>Assist in stock reconciliation and reporting</li>
</ul>

 2. Operations Documentation Control
<ul>
<li>Organize and maintain operational files (SOP, supplier agreements, invoices)</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance</li>
<li>Prepare weekly/monthly operations reports</li>
<li>Assist in updating operational SOPs</li>
</ul>

 3. Office &amp; Operations Coordination
<ul>
<li>Support daily administrative needs of operations team</li>
<li>Coordinate communication between outlets, HQ, and suppliers</li>
<li>Track maintenance issues and follow up on resolution</li>
<li>Assist in scheduling and record-keeping</li>
</ul>

 4. Reporting &amp; Data Support
<ul>
<li>Compile operational data for management review</li>
<li>Maintain tracking sheets (sales, wastage, stock movement)</li>
<li>Support simple analysis for operational improvement &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
