<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>1. Full Set of Accounts Management</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Prepare and review monthly financial statements, profit &amp; loss reports, and balance sheets.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>2. Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Process invoices, payments, and staff claims accurately and promptly.</li>
<li>Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.</li>
<li>Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>3. Taxation &amp; Compliance</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and submit GST/SST reports and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.</li>
<li>Assist in corporate tax filings and liaise with tax authorities when required.</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax purposes.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>4. Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare financial reports for management review.</li>
<li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.</li>
<li>Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>5. Audit &amp; Internal Controls</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely submission of audit reports.</li>
<li>Implement and improve internal accounting controls and processes.</li>
<li>Ensure all financial records are properly documented and maintained.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>6. Other Duties</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and reporting tasks.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.</li>
</ul>
