<h2>The Role</h2>
As a Business Development Manager, you'll identify, engage, and close strategic partnerships across payments providers, forex brokers, liquidity providers, stablecoin issuers, Web3 protocols, exchanges, and enterprise clients. You'll own the full BD cycle—from prospecting to close—managing complex pipelines independently.
<h2>What You'll Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research across Web3, DeFi, forex, payments, and crypto ecosystems</li>
<li>Execute high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitter/X)</li>
<li>Create polished pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposals using Google Slides and other AI tools&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage dozens of leads simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail</li>
<li>Maintain pipeline records in CRM tools or Google Sheets, tracking KPIs and conversion metrics</li>
<li>Represent GBCI at regional and global Web3/fintech events</li>
</ul>
