We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Crew / Barista to join our team at our Kuantan Pahang location. As a Service Crew / Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and friendly table service to customers, taking orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
• Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages to the highest standard
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment and service areas are well-stocked and presentable
• Assist with general restaurant duties, such as side work, stock takes, and end-of-shift closing procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our customers

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a barista or server
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality, with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with operating coffee machines and preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages
