<h2>Your Role</h2>
You will be involved in client meetings, concept development, space planning, and 3D visualisation, working closely with management and the project team to deliver practical, well-designed solutions.&nbsp;

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>

<h3>Design &amp; Concept</h3>
<ul>
<li>Attend client meetings and understand design requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget</li>
<li>Develop concept designs, mood boards, and material proposals</li>
<li>Prepare layout plans and space planning based on client brief</li>
<li>Produce 3D visuals suitable for client presentations</li>
<li>Assist in preparing design proposals and presentation materials &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Coordination &amp; Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with management and project team to ensure design intent is achievable</li>
<li>Assist with basic design revisions and client feedback</li>
<li>Support documentation and drawings as required for project execution</li>
<li>Site works such as progress, timeline and execution will not be under your responsibility, handled by site supervisor &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
