Position : Talent Acquisition Executive

Salary Range : RM 2,000 - RM 3,000

Location : KLCC

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about people, communication, and building a strong workforce. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support hiring managers in recruitment activities
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and career fairs
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
