<h2>&nbsp;📌 Job Responsibilities</h2>
You will be responsible for handling full sets of accounts and supporting day-to-day finance and administrative operations, including:
<ul>
<li>Maintain full sets of accounts: General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Profit &amp; Loss, and Balance Sheet &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare journal entries and audit adjustments &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle daily finance operations including data entry, sales invoices, expense claims, and basic office administration &nbsp;</li>
<li>Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper operational and accounting records &nbsp;</li>
<li>Utilize AutoCount, e-Invoicing systems, and basic accounting tools &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare year-end audit schedules and liaise with auditors and tax agents &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audit purposes &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior</li>
</ul>
