Job Description
- Handle warehouse documentation, including stock in/out records, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Liaise with customers to arrange and confirm delivery timing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and transporters to ensure timely delivery and stock movement.
- Update inventory system accurately and monitor stock levels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Assist in general administrative tasks and filing.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers or clients when necessary.
Job Requirements
- At least SPM/Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
- Preferably with experience in warehouse or administrative work (fresh graduates are welcome).
