📋 Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Excellence: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and facility management for the Bukit Bintang flagship.
• IP Project Execution: Coordinate with the design team to launch IP Pop-ups and events, ensuring operational readiness (staff training, inventory, and crowd control).
• P&L Management: Drive revenue growth through strategic promotions, manage operational budgets, and optimize labor costs without compromising the guest experience.
• Customer Experience (CX): Maintain world-class service standards; handle escalations and implement feedback loops to improve the MetaPark journey.
• Vendor & Platform Management: Manage relationships with mall management (Bukit Bintang venues) and third-party vendors. Oversee the setup of e-commerce or ticketing platforms.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management. Experience in Gaming/Arcades, Family Entertainment Centers (FEC), Retail, or F&B is highly preferred.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and execution skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
• Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passion: A genuine passion for the entertainment industry, gaming, or IP-themed events/activations.
