<ul>
<li>Store Operations &amp; Excellence: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and facility management for the Bukit Bintang flagship.</li>
<li>IP Project Execution: Coordinate with the design team to launch IP Pop-ups and events, ensuring operational readiness (staff training, inventory, and crowd control).</li>
<li>P&amp;L Management: Drive revenue growth through strategic promotions, manage operational budgets, and optimize labor costs without compromising the guest experience.</li>
<li>Customer Experience (CX): Maintain world-class service standards; handle escalations and implement feedback loops to improve the MetaPark journey.</li>
<li>Vendor &amp; Platform Management: Manage relationships with mall management (Bukit Bintang venues) and third-party vendors. Oversee the setup of e-commerce or ticketing platforms.</li>
</ul>
