Job Responsibilities
 Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for users.&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Installation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring computer systems, software, networks, printers, and other peripherals.&nbsp;</li>
<li>User Support: Providing technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in person.&nbsp;</li>
<li>System Maintenance: Monitoring computer systems and networks for performance, security, and stability.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Account Management: Creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Hardware and Software Management: Ensuring hardware and software are up-to-date, secure, and functioning correctly.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Documentation: Maintaining documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Training: Training users on hardware and software functionality and best practices.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support.&nbsp;</li>
