The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business analyst responsibilities, operational excellence, and project management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results. &nbsp; Key Accountabilities <ul> <li>Leads the project resource planning, design, and implementation of business requirements and system modifications in projects/ initiatives.</li> <li>Leads and draw up the business requirements gathering (BR Document) with relevant stakeholders. Analyse, document and reviews business processes requirements with product owners</li> <li>Communicate project deliveries with key stakeholders on a regular basis</li> <li>Lead creation and review of test case scenarios with product owners and system analysts to be used in testing, ensuring such requirements are incorporated</li> <li>Coordinates and manages business analyst tasks within projects, offering guidance and support.
