<li>Lead innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across all locations</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into facilities management</li>
<li>Optimize resource allocation and sustainability practices</li>
<li>Ability to manage overall outlets maintenance issue in Servedeck, monitoring tickets raised</li>
<li>To handle post outlet-opening preventive maintenance components, including but not limited to pest control periodical checks, upkeep of fire extinguishers, servicing of air-conditioners, walls and floor tiles maintenance etc</li>
<li>Ability to manage Servedeck, maintenance &amp; IT/Preventive Maintenance simultaneously.</li>
<li>Ability to manage and monitor maintenance issues after renovation works from time to time.</li>
<li>Organize work effectively and efferently to ensure timely completion of maintenance timeline.</li>
<li>To coordinate with external or panel contractors from time to time on the warranty issue and maintenance issue.</li>
<li>To manage and supervise companywide machineries and security is up to standard and protected</li>
</ul>
