Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify market trends and opportunities to support R&D and formulation for matcha-based beverages.
- Assist in product testing and sensory evaluation, gathering feedback on taste, texture, and customer preference (food & beverages).
- Support the Matcha Squad in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Assist in QA/ QC related activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and post launch checks.
- Assist in the development of product marketing materials.
- nsure that all documentation is properly organized and updated on weekly basis.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinology or a related field
- Strong analytical, proactive and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Strong interest in beverages (Coffee, Tea and Matcha)
- Sharing a product development portfolio or relevant F&B experience would be an added advantage.
